Our mission is to set the most successful physical therapists & trainers up for a lifetime of sustainable success.

Through offering a high-end gym, a community of exclusive talent, business admin tools, and opportunities to scale, we’re creating an environment aimed at helping full-time physical therapists & trainers level up their businesses and create sustainable growth in the future. 

WE BELIEVE IN PARTNERSHIP

Co-Founders, Michael Fishman, Christian Straka, and Steve LePore,  started Maverick to help fitness coaches grow their businesses. Everything we do at our facilities is geared towards allowing coaches to earn more income and freedom so that they can enjoy life doing what they love.

In 2021, we opened our first location in Los Angeles and have helped 150+ coaches grow their businesses, network, and income. Our facilities provide coaches with beautiful space to train their clients, top-of-the-line equipment to train everyone from professional athletes to older adults, a community of like-minded individuals to learn and grow with, and marketing and sales services to scale their business.

To further our mission to become a purpose-driven company, we’ve established a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Maverick Forward, to run alongside our for-profit business, Maverick Community. Maverick Forward provides no-cost mentorship, training, and certifications for aspiring fitness coaches.
